Our core team member, as part of a larger team of experts, supported the development of a province-wide business environment study. Our expert co-led the diagnostic study which identified constraints and opportunities across sectors through individual and group consultations.

The findings were used to inform the provincial investment strategy, which entailed policy, investment, and regulatory guidelines to support business activity, investment, and exports from the province. Key sectors of focus included ICT, agriculture, fisheries, manufacturing, hospitality, and tourism.
